feeling awkwardly awful right after today's napfa. first was.. gastric(should be). so running wasn't as "smooth" as it was. then was flu. been sneezing and sneezing non stop right after 2.4km run. then, i felt cold. supposingly i should feel very warm. but. no! not at all. now.. i am having stomach cramps and i feel like vomitting. i think i'm really getting old..
